What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, phone, organisation, city, facility size, service interest and message. It records the submission time and your consent version.

Purpose and access

Information is used to review and respond to your request and scope possible consulting services. Enquiries are stored in the website database and accessible through an authenticated owner-only workspace. Hosting providers process data to operate the website. Enquiries are not sent automatically by email or WhatsApp.

Client relationship management

The owner-only CRM stores business contact details, engagement notes, service stages, follow-up dates, invoice references and payment records entered by the consultant. These records support service delivery, follow-ups and collections. Payment records do not process payments or verify bank settlement. Calendar and CSV exports are downloaded to the operator’s device and should be handled with appropriate care. Email and WhatsApp reminder delivery is not connected.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact consent, submit a new enquiry mentioning the earlier reference and your request. We may verify control of the original contact channel. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are intended to be reviewed and deleted after 180 days. This is a manual operator responsibility; deletion is not currently automated. Client and payment records remain available until the operator reviews them under the engagement and applicable record-keeping requirements. Archiving a client does not delete their records. Voided payment entries retain the original receipt history.

Keep sensitive data out

Do not submit patient data, medical records, Aadhaar details, passwords or financial credentials. Detailed project records require a separately agreed secure process.

Browser data

The readiness self-check runs in page memory and is not submitted. No advertising trackers are included. Platform authentication may use essential cookies.

This working notice must be updated with the operating legal entity and business contact before a public business launch.
